Epiros Wellness is a true healing sanctuary! It is literally my favorite place to be and I always learn so much. When I first found this gem, I was struggling to heal both mentally and physically from a combination of lyme disease, parasites, toxin overload & medical trauma (to name a few). I had been struggling and sick for my whole life without fully understanding any of the symptoms I was experiencing.

My skin was incredibly inflamed and scarred, my digestion was horrible & I struggled with constant joint/muscle pain. Additionally, I had severe lymphatic swelling and constant fatigue. After two visits in The Lght System, I had my bloodwork done and was relieved to see my A1C score had dropped from 6.0 to 5.7.
Also, my sleep has improved quite a bit, especially the night of the treatments, but in addition, the following nights have also shown improvement.
After the leg massages, my fasciculations in my calves are barely noticeable the following morning.
During my fourth session, Nola used her hypnotic skills to guide me into a full state of relaxation to the point of being in a trance. In this state of full relaxation, I was guided with visualization from my subconscious thoughts to my conscious mind. This visualization was a powerful experience and brought forward a lot of emotions including a few “happy” tears.

I have been going to Epiros for over 2.5 years now and believe they have become a big part of our family's healing process from mold illness.

My son struggles with ADHD and anxiety. It was suggested that I start him on ritalin and SSRI’s which I was NOT interested in so I decided to bring him in for RASHA. I have to say I am completely blown away by how the RASHA has really helped him. I saw a remarkable difference in his general well being. He was able to access a sense of calm and focus that I have rarely seen in him. He was back to focusing for hours on things like legos, or a project he might be working on. As far as the anxiety goes it has been far more leveled out and he seems generally more “chill,” for lack of a better term. Rita and Nola are so wonderful with him when he comes in for his sessions.
